Your life is looking up in so many ways. August will show you that the wind has changed direction. Instead of you having to face strong headwinds that push you back, the wind is now behind you, propelling you forward and in the direction you want to go. The new moon late last month on July 24 in Leo, 2 degrees, jazzed up your social life and allowed you to catch up with friends you’ve not seen in a while. That feeling of relaxed ease will follow you into August and will be strongest during the month’s first week.

Mercury went retrograde last month on July 18 but is about to go direct on August 10. You may have enjoyed this period of Mercury retrograde because Mercury has been going backward in your eleventh house of friendship. This was an indication that one or two pals may come back into your life. While I would not sign a contract with Mercury out of phase, you can move ahead on other projects by the full moon of August 9 (with the best day coming one day prior, August 8) because of the avalanche of supportive, glowing planets in your favor. They will simply trounce any annoying little antics that Mercury, acting like Wreck-It Ralph when retrograde, could possibly dream up.

As you begin August, Mars, the action planet, will enter Libra on August 6, putting you in the driver’s seat. It’s always an advantage to have Mars in your sign, and it only happens once every two years for approximately six weeks. This time Mars will be in your sign from August 6 to September 22, 2025. Mars will give you the energy and drive, the courage and persistence, and the determination and staying power to win whatever goal you have in mind.

Mars is also known to make you more attractive and magnetic, so it truly will be a wonderful time for you.
