Your September 2025 Horoscope for Cancer

Let’s not forget that Jupiter “likes” to be in Cancer above all other signs. Ancient astrologers called this placement of Jupiter in Cancer exalted because it is the sign in which Jupiter can express his full range of goodness. Of the two eclipses this month, the lunar eclipse on September 7 will likely affect you more, for as a Cancer, you are ruled by the moon.
The second eclipse will arrive on September 21-22 in another compatible sign, Virgo, and it’s a new moon solar eclipse. This one will light your third house, which also rules travel, but in this case, the third house rules travel closer to home. If you do manage to go away, it may be for a short family vacation, a visit to a family member, a trip to take care of family business, or a visit to view a property (within 200 miles of your base). This may be a property that you want to buy, rent, or sell. The third house is a contractual house, so you may be signing papers, and if so, Jupiter in Cancer will be in the perfect position to bring happy, possibly even lucrative, results.
Financially, you have every reason to expect that money will flow to you to cover any large expense or goals that require funding. Pluto in your eighth house of other people’s money (ruling bank loans, gifts, financial aid, inheritances, commissions, bonuses, insurance payouts, refunds, and so forth) is poised to bring a bright area of monetary gain to you.
Pluto is on one of the three points of a golden triangle of harmony. With Uranus at another point, perfectly friendly to Pluto, money might come in unexpectedly, and it will be a welcome surprise. In turn, both Uranus and Pluto support the new moon and Sun of the solar eclipse, the third point of the triangle. Even though eclipses tend to bring sudden shifts and a corresponding need to adjust to those changing conditions, events seem to be like the strong currents of a river, pushing you forward in precisely the right direction.
