Your September 2025 Horoscope for Libra
by Susan Miller
Just as Mars exits Libra, a new moon solar eclipse will appear in Virgo on September 21-22. Technically, this eclipse will fall in your twelfth house of creativity, when you’re in solitude. It is also a place of healing and rest and of meditation and prayer. Additionally, this eclipse will strongly strengthen your intuition, so it will be important to listen to your small voice within. Some people who have to speak to a therapist or enter rehab will reach out for help with great success.
Saturn will oppose this new moon eclipse, another signal that you may be under pressure to perform many duties at this time and that you will be in need of rest. Libra is a highly social sign, and you have many friends, but this eclipse may be a good time to unplug and spend a little time alone in a peaceful place.
There will be a twist to this eclipse that I will mention. This eclipse will fall in Virgo, 29 degrees, five minutes. That means this eclipse will be slightly less than 1 degree away from Libra, so if your birthday falls between September 23 and September 26, you may feel the effects of this eclipse in an out-of-sign opposition with Saturn. Saturn’s opposition simply is an indication that you would be cognizant of responsibility you may willingly take on soon.
Here’s where things become interesting. A golden triangle will appear in the night sky at the very time of this new moon solar eclipse on September 21-22, formed by the eclipse, Uranus, and Pluto. New moons are known to bring fresh circumstances, opportunities, and options. I believe this will be true for you if you were born near the dates I listed or if you have Libra rising at 0 or 1 degree (plus 8 degrees)—you will notice some positive effects.
