Keep to the program because you are headed to bigger and better things.
Additionally, with Jupiter’s support, you will have luck with international relationships and long-distance travel, and you’ll find help, if needed, with immigration matters (including visas, passports, and residency ). You will also find success in higher education, legal areas, and in the industries of publishing or broadcasting. Uranus, the planet of surprise, was in good attitude to the Sun and new moon in late July, so you may have already been given or promised a bonus or other sum of money outside of work through an unusual source. This income may have come out of the blue. If you didn’t receive a sum in July, this might happen in early August.

Uranus in Gemini and your financial eighth house will contact Pluto in Aquarius (in your home and family sector) and Mars in Libra (in your hidden, private twelfth house). You are under strong, supportive aspects for receiving a bonus or other sum, for this configuration produces a golden triangle of supreme harmony. You won’t expect it, and it will be welcome when it comes.
Mercury will be retrograde until August 10, a trend that started on July 18. Avoid signing papers until well after Mercury goes direct on August 10, leaving a space of as many days as possible. Also, avoid buying electronic items—a car, smartphone, laptop, or kitchen appliance, as some examples—as you will not enjoy your purchase as much as you think you will if you purchase it during this time.
