You were probably feeling the pounding force applied to you to perform well last month. This was because one of your two rulers, Pluto, was directly opposed to the transiting Sun, which in turn rules your career. The end of July was not easy, but thankfully, this trend extends only through the first week of August. Aside from the heightened activity at the office, you had a lot going on at home too, and both your professional and personal lives appeared to be equally vying for your urgent attention. The new moon on July 24 revealed the difficulty of your juggling act.
Even so, that same new moon allowed you to assure management that you were up to the task. You had transiting Saturn beautifully angled to the Sun and new moon, suggesting that VIPs have faith in you and feel you are doing well, even if you were being critical of your own performance.
Life would probably be easier if your company paid you more, and that’s shown by Mars’s conflict with Venus—you seem frustrated by your compensation. No matter, for next year, starting in July 2026, you will be moving into an entirely exciting new career realm, one that will make you especially successful, so be patient and keep your present performance as excellent as it can be. You will get the recognition and respect you want next year, for mid-2026 to mid-2027 will be your best professional year in over a decade.
Financially, Uranus has been positioned in your eighth house of other people’s money since the July 7, so it was also there at the time of the new moon on July 24. Uranus’s sextile position reveals that you can get additional funds, but they won’t come through salary, and when money shows up it will surprise you. It will likely arrive through an outside source, perhaps in the form of an insurance company payout, bonus, commission, government program, golden parachute severance package, prize winning, valuable gift, scholarship or financial aid, bank loan, venture capital, or something along those lines. As said, your luck with money resides in sources outside of your salary.
