At this full moon, Uranus will take the lead, and astoundingly, Uranus will be trine to Pluto and Mars (a heavenly aspect of harmony) and at the same time be sextile to Saturn, Neptune, and Mercury (a sextile brings opportunity). This is amazing.

And although Mercury will still be retrograde, this full moon’s energy is so spectacular that I feel it will not be bothered by any of Mercury’s little shenanigans.

Additionally, this full moon August 9 is in Aquarius, so Uranus takes the lead—and both Uranus and Aquarius rule astrology. The transiting moon on August 9 will be void almost all day, meaning the moon will not be “speaking” to other planets—not good, so that’s the reason I chose August 8, the day before the full moon August 9.

On August 8 the moon is rapidly building strength. When I write to you, I am constantly weighing various aspects because astrology interpretation is not like reading a cookbook—you have to look at the whole sky and make many assessments. This is the first time I saw clearly that one astrological axiom (“do nothing new when Mercury retrogrades”) is nearly cancelled by an avalanche of brilliantly gleaming aspects. I have rarely seen a full moon this special. Additionally, on this day August 8, Mars will trine Uranus, which is a breath-taking aspect filled with surprises and a possible sudden breakthrough.

Going back to the full moon, August 9-10, Pluto’s friendly link to your ruler Mars is another divine aspect happening at the same time. This is a powerful aspect giving you energy, determination, courage, and focus. There’s almost nothing you can’t achieve when you have these planets as buddies working to bolster all your efforts.
