Your Horoscope for Aries
by Susan MillerThe first part of August will be pure pleasure. You will have time to focus on your personal life and on the people who mean the most to you. You’ll finally be able to exhale and enjoy life. The pressures on you have been astronomical, for taskmaster Saturn recently entered your sign on May 24 for the first time in 29 years (the last time Saturn was in Aries was from April 1996 to February 1999) and recently, responsibilities and challenges have mounted. You felt this especially strongly if your birthday falls March 21-23 or if you have natal planets in Aries in very early degrees.
This year will bring only a short visit of Saturn, so by September 1, Saturn will retreat back to Pisces. Next year Saturn will return to Aries starting February 13, 2026, and continue uninterrupted until April 12, 2028. If you feel life has been pressing on you in new ways, that sounds right, but like anything else, once you adjust and become acclimated to the changes, life won’t seem so hard any longer.
Let’s dwell on that point for a minute. Do you remember when you moved into your first apartment and out of your parent’s place. At first, it must have felt exhausting—so much to do! Suddenly you had to shop for groceries, do regular laundry, tidy up, vacuum your new place, make your bed, perhaps do some ironing—you may not have been used to doing all this. But as you did all those necessary tasks, whether you are a guy or a girl, you adopted a new routine and handled things quite well. Your present situation is like that. Everything is hardest at the onset.
You will turn your attention back to work in the third week of August and concentrate earnestly on what needs to be done—just when everyone you know will be on vacation—but that will be OK with you. You like to go against the crowd, and besides, in late August you will be able to focus peacefully on your work in a more relaxed state. You will have time in the first three weeks to rest and devote to those in your circle who you hold most dear. Let’s look closer.
