If your birthday falls on November 7, plus or minus 10 days, you will feel the goodness of this eclipse directly. The same is true if you have Scorpio rising, 15 degrees, plus or minus 8 degrees. Check to see if your natal moon or any natal planet is in Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer at 15 degrees, plus or minus 8 degrees, and if so, that planet or natal moon will deliver you special luck, too.
Now let’s look at the position of Mars, the action planet, which is one of your ruling planets. As you enter September, Mars will still be in your twelfth house, which encourages work done quietly, behind the scenes. It is a low-key place in the chart that emphasizes reflection, planning, and development of strategy for yourself or your company.
This theme will change when Mars moves into Scorpio for the first time in two years on September 22, to stay until November 4. This is great news, for Mars will bolster your courage, energy, and drive. Finally, you will be more in control of events to drive your life in the direction you want without others blocking your path. You only get the privilege of having Mars in your sign every two years for only six weeks. (This time it will be for 44 days.)
The very first days of Mars’s entry into Scorpio on September 22 will not be favorable—Mars will pick a fight with Pluto on September 24 (you will feel this two days before and after). As a result, you may feel forced or pressured by an authority figure to accept a dictate that will not sit well with you. Things will clear up fairly rapidly though, so be diplomatic and stand up for yourself where you can, but don’t go as far as to fight City Hall. After that you will be in the driver’s seat.
