Your September 2025 Horoscope for Scorpio
by Susan MillerThis could be a big, positive month. Two major eclipses are on the way. Now when you hear that the eclipses are back, you might be standing on your desk screaming into your bull horn “Oh no! Not more eclipses! I am doomed! I have had enough of them!” But don’t worry. These are much different from the severe ones you suffered just a few years ago. The new family of eclipses are in Pisces and Virgo, signs that blend beautifully with yours. While I cannot see everything in your personal, unique chart from where I sit, I can see that these eclipses seem unusually friendly to your Scorpio Sun or rising sign, or any celestial bodies you have in water signs (Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer) in your natal chart.
Let’s first look at the eclipses that were especially tough ones for you. Those came in 2021, 2022, and 2023—years when you had to make a lot of adjustments and at times may have felt uprooted and displaced. As a fixed sign, Scorpio does not always see the reason why change is necessary, but as those eclipses were rolling through, change arrived, ready or not.
You didn’t notice changes with every one of the eclipses in that series, only the ones that touched your Sun, rising sign, natal moon, or natal planets in your birth chart (within plus or minus 8 degrees). Eclipses in Taurus affected you just as much as eclipses in Scorpio, for eclipses always come in pairs and always coincide with new moons and full moons in signs directly opposite each other. The eclipses work with each other to create change. Each eclipse arrives in different, random degrees. Normal new and full moons are powerful, but eclipses are the wild cards of our solar system and have the strength of three new or full moons rolled into one.
