Your Horoscope for Taurus
by Susan Miller
The full moon of August 9 in Aquarius at 17 degrees will likely bring a very exciting culmination to the previous work you did in your career and will boost your reputation in your company, industry, or possibly the world at large. This full moon falls on a Saturday, and all full moons have an area of influence of minus one day and a plus four days—so this full moon will deliver its news sometime between Friday, August 8, and Wednesday, August 13. This is a full moon that will reward you.
When I looked closely at the full moon that is due August 9, I could not believe the plethora of magnificent aspects that were shining back at me.
This is an extraordinary full moon. Uranus in Gemini will take the lead, and Pluto in Aquarius and your prestigious tenth house of professional honors, awards, and achievement will send Uranus a gorgeous, electric vibration. That sets up a link between your salary and your growing reputation. In turn, Pluto will also speak directly to Mars in Libra, based in your sixth house of daily work-a-day projects. All three planets (Uranus, Pluto, and Mars) will be communicative air signs (Gemini, Aquarius, and Libra respectively) and in a tight (within one degree) “trine”—an aspect of great harmony. You seem to be in line for something very special—with more money, too.
Not only do you have a golden triangle that day, but Pluto will be in perfect sync to Saturn and Neptune, and in turn, Saturn and Neptune will shoot a beam to Uranus. I have never seen such friendliness among the outer planets—this is so very favorable for your long-term career outlook.
I have an app called “Moonlight Phases” (available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play) that tracks the movement of the moon, the fastest moving celestial body in our solar system, to the place and timing of where you are based and moves with you as you travel (thanks to GPS in the app). When the moon is not communicating with other planets, she is called “void,” and that is not an opportune time to make an important action. (The app is a one-time purchase of only $7.99, and it gives daily information through 2050.) If you have my app, check to see August 9. Here in New York you would see that the moon will be void all day, and a void moon is not favorable for starting new ventures.
