Your best romantic new moon of the year is about to come up next on August 22 in compatible Virgo at 0 degrees. This new moon could cover so much! Let me show you.

It could bring a new love to your life if you are single and not seeing anyone now. If you are attached, you may now move closer, possibly by taking a late-month short, romantic trip together. You might have discussions—and decide on a plan—to have a baby soon, and may even be celebrating a pregnancy this month.

If you already have children, the end of August will be the time to enjoy them—plan all kinds of outings that may be simple but will weave a golden memory of childhood. If you are not interested in having (or don’t have any) children, then focus on your creative projects. This new moon is perfect for coaxing artistic expression, and it can make your creativity bloom.

The only thing that could stop you from splurging is Uranus, which, in your financial house, may bring up an unexpected expense. I admit, Uranus, the planet of all things unexpected, can sometimes be a killjoy. Still, this new moon sets up many days of opportunities that will be influential for months, but it will be strong from late August into early September. One of your most romantic dates within that period will be when Venus will flirt with Uranus AND Neptune, making for quite a wonderful day, August 26.

Mercury, who will take the lead at this new moon, will reach out to action-oriented Mars, adding more energy and bubbling up conversations—I feel in the end, love will rule the days that come after this sweet new moon. You truly have so much to look forward to in this dazzling month of August.
