You might say, “But Susan, Mercury won’t go direct until August 10, and you are starting the afternoon of August 8.” That’s true. I have to look at the entire sky, not just one aspect or another. This time, on the full moon and adjoining days around August 9, the aspects sparkled like diamonds in the Sun. So strong is this full moon, and in communicative sign Aquarius, which rules astrology (among other things), I knew this was my day. I felt that the crowd of beautiful aspects will be far more important than any little pesky annoyances Mercury could cook up over the strength of that full moon. Astrology is not a cook book, and I have to weigh many aspects all the time when I write to you, so this is a good example. It’s so rare to see something like this!
Like most full moons, so much will depend on all you did previously in your career, for this full moon will sum it up like a big pretty package with a bow on top and give you acclaim, reward, or a new venture, or it could crystalize a new deal, as some examples.
Although this is a busy month focused on home, family, and professional interests, it keeps getting better.
You are ruled by Venus, and over Tuesday and Wednesday, August 11-12 (depending on your time zone),Venus will make her once-a-year visit to Jupiter, the good fortune planet. This is a wonderful day to travel with your one-and-only sweetheart or spouse. This would also be a great day to make a lucrative deal with a client. Put a star on it!
