If you do travel, plan to be at home base from August 17 onward so you have time to reorient yourself. You won’t want to be away on a trip when the new moon of August 22 appears because there’s a high probability a career-oriented topic will come up, and you will need to be able to be home to think and decide what to do. This full moon will have Mercury in the lead, and by then, Mercury will be out of retrograde (since August 10).
Your tenth house of professional advancement, awards, and achievement will host a new moon on August 22. Something seems off, though, for Uranus will tightly square that new moon and Sun. This suggests a person you partner with at work may bring a surprise that will impede you. If your collaborator suddenly quits or is laid off, that could be a problem, or your partner could try to take all the credit for your good ideas. In that latter case, you will want to talk things out.
In a stroke of luck, Mars in Libra will shoot Mercury in Leo a lovely golden beam, suggesting that a friend may be helpful to you by intervening on your behalf, perhaps by giving you a glowing recommendation. Your friend might be able to turn events completely back in your favor.
The way things will go is not clear, but what is clear is that more career opportunities will come up at the solar eclipse next month, for it will light the same areas of your chart ruling professional achievement. Start to get ready! Changes are in the wind, and they will work to benefit you.
