The ninth house is strongly linked to colleges and universities too, so perhaps going back to school to take a course to update yourself on recent innovations in your industry would make you more valuable to your present (or prospective) employers or clients. Alternatively, you may be finding that the college market is a good one for you, and you’ll decide to sharpen your business targets toward that demographic.
Many Cancers are self-employed or need to work at a job where they are not overly supervised, such as outside sales. You are very much a can-do, self-directed person, so the more hands-off your boss is, the better—you would be happier and more successful in that kind of situation. I say that because you have Aries at the very top of your solar chart (where the 12 would be found on the face of a clock). Aries rules the cusp of your tenth house of professional advancement, and Aries is the sign of the entrepreneur.
Right now, and since mid-June, Mars, who rules Aries, has been traveling through Virgo in your third house of short-distance travel. You may have opted to see nearby clients face-to-face last month, which was (and still is) a good idea.
Mars will move out of Virgo and into Libra from August 6 to September 22. During that time, you may find you can work from your home office and get more done. You will be away from the frequent company meetings and friendly workers who stop by your desk to see you…but who also distract you and potentially burn through your time. (You may adore your coworkers but, bless them, they seem unable to stay away from coming by to say hi and give you a little company gossip.)
It appears you will be quite a money magnet this month. You could hear that you are due to receive a generous sum very soon.
