Mars is the natural ruler of your career advancement and reputation sector, so you may be decking out a beautiful home office with everything you need at your fingertips. Alternatively, you may be entertaining friends, giving a party or casual barbeque, or inviting your parents, siblings, or cousins to come visit and stay in your guest room. As a Cancer, you are usually happiest when surrounded by love from family. You know how to create an enticing, welcoming home environment for family members to enjoy while they come to visit you.
Generally speaking, Mars in your home and family sector (fourth house) will start the process of improving your apartment or house. You will be able to enact your plans following the new moon on October 21, two months from now. You seem to have plans, and they are about to bring results, especially after that new moon on October 21.
In the meantime, you may suddenly want to travel during the new moon on August 22, and doing so would be a good idea. You will be busy during the rest of the year, so take any opportunity you get to pack and go. You seem to be concerned about not spending too much money on a trip, and with your third house of quick travel activated, you will likely opt to visit a lovely location close to home. You won’t have to break the bank to have fun—perhaps a friend or family member will invite you to stay at their summer cottage.
Staying close to home has other benefits—your career will be heating up in the last week of August. An opportunity to scale greater professional heights will likely arrive with an uptick in business activity that I see coming. Friends will tell you nothing happens at the end of August—that may be true for them, but you seem to be the exception to the rule. A client needs help, and if you are easy to reach, you will get the job.
If you travel at the end of the month, you might be able to combine business with pleasure on your trip. Stay alert—by the end of August you may find you are richer than when you entered the month.
